CBD oil laws vary internationally. Customers outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that CBD oil or related supplements are lawful to purchase, import and use in their region. 2. Product Potency, Natural Variation and Analytical Tolerances

Our CBD oils and supplement formulations undergo rigorous quality control. Due to natural plant variation and standard analytical testing tolerances, cannabinoid percentages may vary within accepted industry ranges.

• Food supplement products, including CBD oil: up to ±15 percent of stated cannabinoid content
• Cannabis derived raw materials: standard natural variance as reflected in laboratory reporting

These tolerances are normal and do not affect quality, safety or legal compliance.

3. International Orders, Customs and Legal Responsibility

We ship internationally where permitted. By placing an order from outside the UK, you acknowledge the following:

• You are solely responsible for confirming that CBD oil and cannabinoid supplements are legal to import.
• Once an order leaves the UK, it is considered final and non refundable.
• We do not accept liability for customs fees, delays, refusals or seizures.
• We cannot communicate with foreign customs authorities on your behalf.
• If a parcel is held, destroyed or returned, this is entirely at your risk and no replacement will be issued.

4. Order Acceptance and Right to Decline

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including:

• Orders suspected to involve misuse or unauthorised resale
• Orders placed for research or analytical purposes
• Orders from high risk regions or customers
• Orders using incorrect or unreliable delivery information

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. We are not obligated to fulfil an order even after payment has been processed.

5. Returns, Refunds and Complaints

Returns are managed in accordance with our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase subject to approval.
• Opened or used consumable products cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• International orders are non refundable once dispatched.

Safe Place Deliveries and Courier Liability

If you choose to instruct Royal Mail or any courier to leave a parcel in a designated location or with a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for this request. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered complete.

AOHA Limited cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or non receipt arising from delivery instructions provided by the customer. Any disputes must be raised with the courier directly.

7. Age Restrictions and Lawful Use

You must be 18 or older to purchase from ECS CBD. By using our website, you confirm that you meet legal age requirements and that CBD oil and food supplements are lawful for you to purchase and use in your region. Misuse of our products is prohibited.
