We provide secure, tracked delivery for all ECS CBD products, including CBD oils, tinctures, capsules and wellness supplements.

Orders are dispatched quickly from our UK facility to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide.

UK Shipping and Free Delivery Over £50

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using fully tracked services.

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Please note that orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed and processing is complete.

Processing includes verifying order details, preparing the parcel and carrying out final quality checks to ensure your CBD oil products arrive in excellent condition.

We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

UK Shipping Options

Tracked UK Delivery – £5.00 (Free for orders over £50)
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch

All delivery options include tracking via Royal Mail for status updates and peace of mind.

Safe Place Deliveries (Royal Mail)

If you choose to request that your parcel is left in a designated safe place, such as a porch or with a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for this instruction. Once Royal Mail marks your parcel as delivered, the order is considered complete.

ECS CBD & AOHA Limited cannot accept liability for loss, theft or non receipt arising from safe place instructions. Any claims must be raised directly with Royal Mail.

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland

Tracked Delivery – £12.99
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 business days from dispatch

Shipments to Ireland are fully tracked through Royal Mail and AN Post. VAT is not charged on Irish orders. Import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your local laws.

EU Shipping

We deliver CBD oil and wellness supplements to most EU countries via a reliable tracked service.

EU Flat Rate Shipping – £16.99
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch

Tracking notifications are provided once your parcel is scanned into the network.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

We offer worldwide delivery to selected destinations using tracked services.

Rest of The World Flat Rate – £24.99

When ordering CBD oil or supplements for delivery outside the UK, it is your responsibility to ensure these products are legal in your country. CBD regulations differ widely, and we cannot advise on local rules.

• Import duties, taxes and handling fees are not included in our prices and may be applied by your local customs authority.
• We are not liable for parcels held, delayed or seized by customs.
• All international orders are final and non refundable once dispatched.

A pre submitted customs invoice is provided with every international order to ensure clarity at the point of import.
