Returns and Refunds Policy

At ECS CBD we take pride in producing high quality CBD oils, tinctures and wellness supplements. Every batch is manufactured and quality checked with care.

If you need to return an item, the information below explains our returns process and the conditions that apply.

Changed Your Mind?

You may return unopened items within 14 days of placing your order provided they meet the conditions below.

  • Products must be unused and in their original unopened packaging.
  • The protective seal on the outer packaging must be fully intact.
  • All inner components must remain untouched.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return postage costs are deducted from any approved refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. To request a return, contact us at hello@ecscbd.com.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for any opened, used or tampered products. This includes CBD oils, tinctures, capsules, topicals and any consumable wellness supplements.

We do not provide refunds for any item that has been opened, partially used or damaged after delivery. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before breaking the seal.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or a product that appears to be faulty, please email hello@ecscbd.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Returns and Complaints Cannot Be Handled via Live Chat

International Orders Are Final

All international orders are final once dispatched. We cannot offer refunds for orders that are delayed, held or refused by customs authorities.

CBD regulations vary by country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that CBD oil and wellness supplements are permitted in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or a nominated bank account.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days once returned goods are approved.
  • If you return goods that are opened or used, no refund will be issued and the inspection process may take additional time.
